摘 要:作为轨道交通中一种常见的施工方法,明挖法具有速度快、适用地层广等特点。TRD作为明挖围护结构工法,相对于传统的地连墙、SMW工法桩、钻孔灌注桩等具有独特的优势,其止水效果好,无接缝、无缺陷,相对于地连墙和灌注桩,其泥浆排放少、施工速度快、节约成本、安全,在轨道交通具有很强的适用性。通过温州市域铁路S1号线的工程实例应用,对此四种围护形式进行比选分析,论证了深厚软土地层中TRD工法的可行性及其安全可靠、施工速度快且性价比高等优点。The open cut excavation has been frequently used in the rail transit projects as a commonly applied construction method due to it fast construction and applicability to a wide variety of geological conditions.As a supporting structure for the open cut excavation,the Trench-Cutting Re-mixing Deep(TRD)Wall Method has the advantages over other conventional excavation supporting methods,such as,slurry wall,Soil-Cement Mixing Wall(SMW),and tangent pile cast-in-place concrete pile wall.This paper presents a case history of the transit excavation project in the regional light rail S1 Line in Wenzhou.All four excavation supporting construction methods were compared.It was concluded that the TRD method is applicable to the thick soft soil strata and this method has the advantage of reliable,cost effective and fast construction.
