摘　　要：文章介绍了目前某公司铝箔粗轧机的生产现状,以及通过提高在线轧制速度来提升产能时出现的板形波浪问题。从工艺润滑剂入手采取有效控制措施来减轻提速后的波浪缺陷,既保证产品质量又提升产能。This paper introduces the present production situation of the aluminum foil roughing mill and the problem of plate wave which appear during the speed increasing of online rolling. Effective control measures are taken from process lubricant to reduce the wave defect after acceleration,so as to ensure product quality and capacity.
