摘  要:针对双金属内衬复合管加工线的管端加工工艺要求,中国重型机械研究院股份公司研发出国内首台在线布置、全自动、复合管管端加工专用镗铣床。文章介绍了管端加工镗铣床的加工要求、设备组成及工艺流程,对管端中心测量计算方法、主机坐标调整原理等创新技术进行了分析。该机生产效率提高了2倍,成品合格率达到98%以上,达到了设计和使用要求。In order to meet the requirements of double-metal pipe end processing, Chinese Heavy Machinery- Research Institute Co. , Ltd. has developed the first special boring and milling machine for the processing of composite pipe end, the machine is online arrangement and fully automatic. This paper introduces the process- ing requirements, equipment composition and process flow of boring and milling machine, and analyzes the in- novative technology such as measuring method of tube end center and adjusting principle of host coordinates. The machine production efficiency has been increased by 2 times, and the passing rate of finished product has reached more than 98% , which has achieved the requirements of design and use.
