摘 要:本文介绍了OG污泥粗颗粒金属Fe及其氧化物的磁分选工艺流程,釆用磁选及重选设备将转炉OG污泥中粗颗粒金属铁及其氧化物与非金属分离并回收,对三种磁选机从磁选机理、工艺路线、设备组成、磁选效果等方面进行详细分析,并针对三种磁选机如何选型进行详细说明,最后针对经济效益进行计算。本技术对钢铁企业的固废资源利用、清洁生产和节能减排均具有重要的现实意义和示范作用。The magnetic separation process of coarse granular metal Fe and its oxides in OG sludge is introduced in this paper. Coarse granular metal iron and its oxide are separated and recovered from converter OG sludge by magnetic separation and gravity separation equipment. The three kinds of magnetic separators are analyzed in detail from the aspects of magnetic separation mechanism, technological route, equipment composition and magnetic separation effect, and how to select the three magnetic separators is explained in detail, and finally the economic benefits are calculated. This technology has important practical significance and demonstration effect on the utilization of solid waste resources, cleaner production and energy saving and emission reduction in iron and steel enterprises.
