摘  要:厚规格金属板经传统轧制后存在心部变形不充分的问题,导致心部性能普遍偏低,影响金属板的使用,为提高心部变形,开发了将异步轧制和板材矫直相结合的厚规格金属板蛇形轧制方法,根据轧制理论及蛇形轧制模型的特点建立了同径异速蛇形轧制和异径同速蛇形轧制辊缝补偿计算模型、压下量计算模型、咬入角计算模型以及实现金属板自然咬入的判据,进一步丰富了轧制理论。对计算模型进行分析,结果表明:同径异速和异径同速蛇形轧制上下工作辊压下量不同,且上工作辊的压下量大于下工作辊压下量,压下量之差与下工作辊偏移量和轧辊直径有关;实现蛇形轧制自然咬入的条件为摩擦角大于上下工作辊咬入角的平均值。A thick (ultra-thick) hot rolled metal plate with fine inner properties cannot be easy to be obtained because of the lacking sufficient deformation in the inner part, and then the application will be affected. The snake rolling method which combined with the asymmetrical rolling and metal plate straightening was developed, in order to improve the deformation in the central region of metal plate. The roll gap compensation model, roll- ing reduction model, threading angle model and natural threading judgment basis of the snake rolling ( the same diameter and different rotation snake rolling VS the different diameter and same rotation one) were established according to the rolling theory- and the characteristic of snake rolling model. Then the rolling theory- is enriched. Some conclusions were obtained: No matter the same roller diameter and different rotation rate or the different roller diameter and same rotation rate, the snake rolling reduction of the upper and lower roll is different, and that the upper roller rolling reduction is greater than that of the lower. The deviation of rolling reduction is relat- ed to the roll offset distance and roller diameters. The frictional angle should be greater than the threading angle of average upper and lower roll in order to achieve natural threading for snake rolling.
