摘  要:针对1 250 mm热轧带钢精轧机组轧辊轴承频繁损坏的问题,通过从轴承选型、密封结构、装配质量、轴承使用过程管理等方面进行分析,降低了偏载,增强了密封性能。保障了设备的稳定运行,降低了轧辊轴承消耗,提高了生产线的作业率。Roller bearing failure of hot rolling mill has always been a problem, causing the increase of the cost and great effect has been brought upon the production. So by means of changing the roller bearing model , im- proving the seal structure, hoisting assembly quality- of bearing box as well as improving the level of process managenlent, which reduce load-bias and enhance tightness for roller bearing, the consumption of the roller bearing has been reduced and the operation rate of the operating rate improved.
