摘  要:在小型同向双螺杆试验机组上进行了HDPE固体物料和某种液体料(近似硅油)的混合挤出试验,经多次试验筛选出最佳的螺杆组合以及加工参数,检测了在此参数下制得粒子的性能指标,将机组整改前后测得的数据进行对比分析,验证了同向双螺杆混炼挤压机在固液两相共混领域优良的混合性能和适用性。The mixed extrusion test of HDPE solid material and liquid material (approximate silicone oil) was conducted on a small co-rotating twin-screw testing machine. After several tests, the best screw combination and processing parameters were selected, and the performance indexes of the prepared particles under this parameter were tested. The data obtained before and after rectification of the unit were compared and analyzed to verify the excellent mixing performance and applicability of the co-rotating twin-screw compounding extruder in the solid-liquid two-phase blending field.
