加味解毒活血汤联合西药治疗感染邪毒型产后发热临床研究

摘　　要：目的:了解加味解毒活血汤联合西药对感染邪毒型产后发热的临床效果。方法:收集感染邪毒型产后发热患者80例,随机分为治疗组40例,对照组40例,加味解毒活血汤联合西药治疗的病例作为治疗组,单独使用西药治疗病例作为对照组,比较并观察两组的总体治疗效果、体温降至正常例数、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数及不良反应。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,治疗组治疗总有效率90.00%,高于对照组77.50%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗1、2、3d体温降至正常例数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗3d后治疗组C反应蛋白及白细胞计数低于对照组(P<0.05),两组均未发生不良反应。结论:加味解毒活血汤联合西药治疗感染邪毒型产后发热有较好疗效。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Huoxue decoction combined with western medicine in treating infection virus type postpartum fever.Methods：80 cases of the lying-in women who suffered infection virus type postpartum feverwere selected,with 40 cases of treatment group and 40 cases of control group.The treatment group adopted the detoxification and promoting blood decoction with western medicine,while the control group only took the western medicine.Then the clinical effect,the cases dropped to normal body temperature,C-reactive protein and white blood cells were observed.Results：Compared to the control group,the treatment group had good clinical effect,effective rate in treatment group was 90.00%,higher than 77.50% of the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.After 1 d,2 dand 3 dtreatment,the cases in treatment group dropped to normal was significantly higher（P〈0.05）,C-reactive protein and white blood cells in treatment group were lower than the the control group（P〈0.05）,which had no side effect.Conclusion：The detoxification and promoting blood decoction combined with western medicine has clinical efficacy in patients with infection virus type postpartum fever,so it was worth popularizing.
