摘　　要：比较了国内核电与国际核电工程的费用组成体系,通过二者的对比与转化对其差异与共性进行了研究。综合了定额调整法与实物量计算法,提出了一种基于工程主要统计信息的价差调整系数方法。通过对定额的人、材、机因素作分析,提炼出统计上占主要权重的消耗量,并对应目的国价格,进而与国内定额相比得到价差调整系数,实现从国内价到当地建成价的转换,为今后境外核电工程造价的计算提供一种可行的方法。This paper compares the cost composition system of domestic and international nuclear power projects,and studies their differences and commonalities through comparison and transformation.A method of price difference adjustment coefficient based on the main statistical information of the project is proposed by integrating the method of quota adjustment and the method of calculating physical quantity.Through analyzing the cost quota of labor,material and machinery factors,this research summarizes the consumption with the statistically main weights,and the corresponding price of target countries,and then compares with domestic quota for price difference adjustment coefficient,obtaining the transformation from the domestic price to the local price,thus providing a feasible method for calculating the nuclear power project cost in foreign countries in the future.
