摘 要:我国目前大多数1 000MW超超临界机组都配置了100%BMCR高压旁路和65%BMCR低压旁路配置。该配置的旁路系统既能用于各种工况的启动,也能满足机组大幅度甩负荷和停机不停炉的运行方式,但是大容量旁路的投资成本及维护成本相当大,性价比较低。通过对某百万级超超临界机组40%小旁路以及侧煤仓布置的配置方式,进行了机组甩负荷工艺技术研究与应用,取得了良好的效果。At present,most 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical units in China are configured with 100% BMCR highvoltage bypass and 65% BMCR low-voltage bypass.The configured bypass systems can not only be used for starting in various conditions,but also satisfy unit large scale load rejection and downtime in the mode of furnace operation,but the large capacity bypass investment cost and maintenance cost are huge,and the qualityprice ratio is low.The technology research and application of the unit load rejection were carried out through the configuration of 40%small bypass and side bunker of a mega-class supercritical unit,and good results were obtained.
