摘  要:为了解决赵庄矿4310工作面大断面软岩巷道的支护难题,采用钻孔窥视仪观测发现顶板岩层内节理裂隙比较发育,局部存在较大破碎区域。基于加固拱理论提出4310工作面大断面巷道采用加长锚固锚杆、锚索联合支护系统、喷射混凝土封闭。采用FLAC数值模拟对顶板锚杆间排距、杆体直径进行数值分析,结果表明:锚杆最优的参数为间距1 000 mm、排距为900 mm,锚杆的直径为22 mm,通过对巷道表面位移观测,巷道围岩的变形得到了较好的控制。In order to solve the problem of supporting large section soft rock roadway in the 4310 working face of Zhaozhuang Mine,it was found that the joint fissure in the roof rock formation was developed by the drilling peephole,with a large area. Based on the reinforcement arch theory,it was proposed that the large section roadway of 4310 working face adopted the extended anchor bolt and the anchor support system,and the shotcrete was closed. The numerical results showed that the optimal parameters of the bolt were 1 000 mm,the row distance was 900 mm and the diameter of the bolt was 22 mm. Through the observation of the surface displacement of the roadway,the diameter of the bolt was measured by the FLAC numerical simulation. The deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway was well controlled.
