摘　　要：带式输送机输送带断带事故时有发生,特别是在大运量、长距离、大倾角的运输现场。针对这一情况,分析了强力皮带机的性能要求,结合带式输送机的设计要求,设计了一种新型强力皮带机断带抓捕器,并对带式输送机抓捕器的受力情况进行了分析计算,结果表明,设计的结构安全可靠。Belt conveyor belt with broken belt accident,especially in large transportation,long distance,big angle of the transportation site,the performance requirements of strength belt were analyzed,the design requirements of the belt conveyor was designed,based on the normal operation of the belt conveyor belt,the completion of broken belt catcher force was analyzed,and the calculation of the belt conveyor running on the capture frame up angle was conducted. Finally,it was concluded that the structure of the design was safe and reliable.
