摘 要:为了更好的防治斜沟煤矿13号煤层自然发火,通过大型煤自然发火试验台模拟13号煤的自燃过程,并分析23107工作面煤样自燃过程中温度的变化规律,确定了煤样的最短自然发火期、临界温度、干裂温度及活性温度等参数,试验结果表明,煤样温度的升高会导致其氧化速度加快,当煤样温度低于临界温度时,煤样的氧化速度减缓;当煤温高于临界温度时,煤样的氧化速度增快;当温度大于干裂温度时,煤样的氧化速度显著增快。通过煤自燃过程中标志性气体产生时的特征温度来预测预报煤的自然发火程度,为斜沟煤矿火灾防治提供理论依据。In order to prevent No. 13 coal seam spontaneous combustion in Xiegou Mine,spontaneous ignition test simulating spontaneous combustion of the coal seam,temperature variation rule was studied by analyzing 23107 working face coal sample,parameters like minimum natural ignition period,critical temperature,dry crack temperature and active temperature were settled,the test result showed that coal sample temperature rising fastened its oxidation rate,when coal sample temperature lowered than stagnation temperature,the oxidation rate got slow,when coal sample temperature larger than stagnation temperature,the oxidation rate got fast,when coal sample temperature larger than dryness temperature,oxidation rate increases significantly. The temperature of gas marker in the coal spontaneous combustion was used to predict the degree of coal spontaneous ignition,providing reference for fire prevention and control in Xiegou Mine.
