摘 要:运用主成分分析和方差分析相结合的方法,对2011—2012年连续2年小桐子产量和品质进行分析,研究灌水(W1、W2、W3处理分别灌水200、400、600 mm,W0为不灌水对照)和施氮(N1、N2、N3处理分别为每株施氮75、150、300 g,N0为不施氮对照)对云南元谋干热河谷区小桐子产量和水分利用效率及品质的影响。结果表明,与W0处理相比,随着提高灌水量,果实产量、百粒果仁干重和水分利用效率均随灌水量的提高先增后减,W2处理达到最大值;与N0处理相比,小桐子果实产量、百粒果仁干重和水分利用效率均随施氮量的增加而呈现先增加后减小趋势,在N2处理达到最大值;W2与N2互作的小桐子果实产量、百粒果仁干重和水分利用效率最高;主成分分析表明,W2N2处理的综合得分最高,小桐子果仁品质最优。To investigate the effect of limited irrigation(W0, 0 mm, W1, 200 mm, W2, 400 mm, W3, 600 mm) and nitrogen(N0, 0 g/plant, N1, 75 g/plant, N2, 150 g/plant, N3, 300 g/plant) on yield, quality and water use efficiency of four–year–old Jatropha curcas L. in Yunnan dry–hot valley by using variance analysis and principal component analysis. The results showed that with increasing irrigation, the fruit yield, one hundred fruits weight and the water use efficiency of Jatropha curcas L. were first increased and decreased. Among the different irrigation treatment, treatment W2 showed the highest fruit yield, one hundred fruits weight and water use efficiency of Jatropha curcas L.. With the increase of nitrogen application, the yield, one hundred fruits weight and water use efficiency of Jatropha curcas L. were increased first and then decreased. Among the different nitrogen treatments, treatment N2 showed the highest yield, one hundred fruits weight and water use efficiency of Jatropha curcas L. The yield, one hundred fruits weight and water use efficiency of Jatropha curcas L. with W2 N2 were the highest, and the principal component analysis showed that the W2 N2 had the highest comprehensive score and the best nut quality of Jatropha curcas L..
