摘 要:为克服丹皮酚水溶性差和易挥发的缺陷,提高丹皮酚的稳定性和生物功效。研究从萝摩科植物徐长卿中提取丹皮酚结合β-环糊精的功能性特质,研究采用超声饱和溶液法制备丹皮酚-β-环糊精包合物。试验中分别考察了包和温度、包和时间、投料比和分散溶剂浓度对丹皮酚-β-环糊精包合物收得率和包合率的影响,以收得率和包和率为评价指标,利用正交设计优化丹皮酚的提取工艺。试验结果显示,徐长卿丹皮酚-β-环糊精包合物的最佳制备工艺条件为,包合温度30℃、包合时间1 h、料液比1∶10。此时,丹皮酚-β-环糊精包合物的包合物收得率可达73.19%,包合率可达58.73%。研究得出,超声饱和溶液法工艺方便,设备要求简单,结合适当的工艺条件可用于徐长卿丹皮酚-β-环糊精包合物的制备。To overcome the defects of p aeonol in poor water solubility and strong volatility, and improve the stability and biological efficacy of paeonol, the paeonol-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was made using ultrasonic saturated solution method to study the functional characteristics of paeonol compound with β-cyclodextrin which was extracted from Pycnastelma paniculatum(Bunge) K. Schum. In the test, the research studied effects of inclusion temperature, inclusion time, feed ratio, and dispersant concentration on inclusion yield and inclusion rate of paeonol-β-cyclodextrin compound. Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process of paeonol with inclusion yield and inclusion rate as the evaluation index. Results showed that the optimal process conditions of Cynanchum paniculatum paeonol-β-cyclodextrin were 30℃ inclusion temperature, 1 h inclusion time, and 1∶10 feed ratio. The inclusion yield and inclusion rate of paeonol-β-cyclodextrin compound were73.19% and 58.73% respectively on the optimal process conditions. All results demonstrated that, ultrasonic saturated solution method was easy operated and just with simple equipment, which combined with appropriate process conditions was propitious for preparation of Cynanchum paniculatum paeonol-β-cyclodextrin compound.
