摘　　要：我国要在2020年全面建成小康社会,为实现这个目标,国家提出精准扶贫战略,打赢脱贫攻坚战。传统农业发展引入互联网将催生新的发展动力,有利于精准扶贫的推进。结合国内和国外"互联网+农业"研究情况,在分析了武威市存在着实现全面脱贫任务艰巨、县域经济带动能力弱、群众脱贫内生动力不足的贫困状况,并在分析了农业发展现状的基础上,对武威市实施"互联网+农业"精准扶贫进行了SWOT阐述,提出了加强武威市网络基础建设,以推动"互联网+农业"智慧体系的构建,并从电子商务、"微博"、"微信"、O2O、"互联网+农业众筹"、"互联网+乡村旅游"、"互联网+教育"等方面提出了精准扶贫策略。以实现武威市的智力精准扶贫。China will complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects in 2020. In order to achieve this goal, our country has proposed a targeted poverty alleviation strategy and won the tough battle against poverty. The introduction of the Internet into the development of traditional agriculture will create new impetus for development and contribute to the promotion of targeted poverty alleviation. Combining with the domestic and foreign research situation of ＂Internet ＋ agriculture＂, the study analyzes the problems in terms of difficult task of realizing comprehensive poverty alleviation, weak county economy and insufficient internal impetus out of poverty,and the current situation of agricultural development in Wuwei, and implementation of ＂Internet ＋ agriculture＂ targeted poverty alleviation by SWOT. The study puts forward to strengthen the network infrastructure, so as to promote the ＂Internet ＋ agriculture＂ intelligence system construction. The study proposes targeted poverty alleviation strategy in terms of e-commerce, Micro Blog, We Chat, O2 O, ＂Internet ＋agriculture raise＂, ＂Internet ＋ rural tourism＂ and ＂Internet ＋ education＂, so as to achieve the smart poverty alleviation in Wuwei.
