中药药熨对中风后肩手综合征患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药药熨对中风后肩手综合征患者的疗效。方法选取2012年09月~2015年04月来我院接受治疗的中风后SHS患者92例作为研究对象。按照入院顺序抽签后将其随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组实施早期功能训练。实验组实施早期功能训练+中药药熨。观察患者临床症状积分、疗效、神经功能缺损评分、ADL积分。结果实验组治疗后疼痛、水肿、关节活动度积分低于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后疼痛、水肿、关节活动度积分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗总有效率为97.83%,高于对照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后神经功能缺损评分低于治疗前和对照组,ADL评分高于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后神经功能缺损评分低于治疗前,ADL评分高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药药熨对中风后肩手综合征患者疗效较好,患者疼痛、水肿、关节活动度积分改善较好,神经功能缺损评分低,ADL评分高,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical effects for the patients with post stroke shoulder-hand syndrome by traditional chinese medicine ironing.Methods 92 cases of patients with post stroke shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,the control group were treated by early functional training,the experiment group were treated by early functional training＋traditional chinese medicine ironing.The clinical symptomatic score,clinical effects,NIHSS,ADL were observed.Results The pain,swelling,joint mobility for the experiment group after treatment were lower than before treatment and the control group（P〈0.05）;The pain,swelling,joint mobility for the control group after treatment were lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）;The total effective rate for the experiment group（97.83%） were higher than the control group（78.26%）（P〈0.05）;The national institutes of health stroke scale for the experiment group after treatment were lower than before treatment and the control group（P〈0.05）;The ADL for the experiment group after treatment were higher than before treatment and the control group（P〈0.05）;The national institutes of health stroke scale for the control group after treatment were lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）;The ADL for the control group after treatment were higher than before treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It has good clinical effects for the patients with post stroke shoulder-hand syndrome by traditional chinese medicine ironing,it can improve the pain,swelling,joint mobility,with low scores of NIHSS and high scores of ADL,it has high values of clinical application.
