摘　　要：基于复合生态系统平衡理念,应用层次分析法(AHP)构建了"文旅特色小镇规划设计优化综合评价指标体系"的模型,系从社会、经济、自然三个子系统方面进行全面的综合评价,具有较强的可操作性,期望能为进一步推进我国"文旅特色小镇"规划设计的科学化、定量化、严密化做出贡献。This paper based on balance concept of complex ecosystem,used Analytic Hierarchy Process（ AHP） to build the model as ＂comprehensive evaluation index system of planning and design optimization in cultural tourism characteristic town＂. From three subsystems of society,economy and nature to carry on comprehensive evaluation,it has strong maneuverability,hoped that it will contribute to the further scientific,quantitative and strict planning and design of＂cultural tourism characteristic town＂.
