补肾调经膏方对肾虚型卵巢早衰患者性激素、GDF-9及BMP-15水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肾调经膏方对肾虚型卵巢早衰患者性激素、生长分化因子-9(GDF-9)及骨形态发生蛋白-15(BMP-15)水平的影响。方法将110例肾虚型卵巢早衰患者随机分为2组,对照组55例给予激素替代疗法治疗,观察组55例在此基础上加用补肾调经膏方治疗,观察2组治疗前后主要证候积分、Kupperman评分及血清雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生长激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、GDF-9及BMP-15水平变化情况,统计2组近期疗效,随访2组6个月复发情况。结果治疗后2组主要证候积分、Kupperman评分及血清FSH、LH水平均显著降低(P均<0.05),E2、GDF-9及BMP-15水平均显著提高(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后以上指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),随访6个月复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾调经膏方治疗肾虚型卵巢早衰可有效减轻相关症状体征,改善生殖轴状态,上调GDF-9和BMP-15水平,且有助于降低远期复发风险。Objective It is to observe the effect of Bushen Tiaojing Cream Formula on the levels of sex hormones,growth differentiation factor-9（ GDF-9） and bone morphogenetic protein-15（ BMP-15） in patients with premature ovarian failure of kidney deficiency type. Methods 110 patients with premature ovarian failure of kidney deficiency type were randomly divided into 2 groups. 55 patients in the control group were treated with hormone replacement therapy. 55 patients in the observation group were treated with Bushen Tiaojing Cream Formula on the basis of treatment in the control group. The changes of main syndromes,integral scores,Kupperman scores,levels of serum estradiol（ E2）,follicle maturation hormone（ FSH）,luteinizing hormone（ LH）,GDF-9 and BMP-15 before and after treatment in the 2 groups were observed.The short-term efficacy was evaluated and the reoccurrence rate within 6 moths of follow-up was calculated. Results The scores of major syndromes,Kupperman scores,serum levels of FSH and LH in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower,and the levels of E2,GDF-9 and BMP-15 were significantly higher than those before treatment in both groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the improvements of the above indexes after treatment in the group were significantly better than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the total treatment efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher and the followup recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bushen Tiaojing cream formula can effectively reduce the symptoms and signs,improve the status of reproductive axis,up-regulate the levels of GDF-9 and BMP-15,and help to reduce the risk of long-term recurrence in the treatment of premature ovarian failure of kidney deficiency type.
