摘　　要：三叶因子3(TFF3)是一种新型生长因子类多肽,属三叶因子家族(TFFs),是TFFs中发现最晚的一个。在黏膜炎症、组织缺血/再灌注损伤、肿瘤等病理状态下,TFF3 m RNA及蛋白表达水平异常升高,提示TFF3在上述病理生理过程中具有重要作用。近年研究证实,慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者血清TFF3水平升高,且血清TFF3水平与CKD严重程度密切相关。本文综述了TFF3的检测方法、分子结构与功能及其与慢性肾脏病(CKD)的关系,以期为CKD的初筛提供参考。Trefoil factor 3（TFF3）,a new type of polypeptide belong to growth factors,is latest-found member of trefoil factor family. TFF3 plays an important role in many pathophysiological processes,mRNA and protein expression of TFF3 significantly increased in mucosal inflammation,tissue ischemia/reperfusion injury,tumour and so on. Recent studies confirmed that,serum TFF3 level significantly increased in patients with chronic kidney disease（CKD）,and it is closely correlated with the severity of CKD. This paper reviewed the detection method,molecular structure and function,and its relation with CKD,to provide a reference for preliminary screening of CKD.
