雌二醇与男性精液质量关系研究

摘　　要：目的研究雌二醇与精液质量的关系,探讨雌二醇在男性不育症的诊疗价值。方法根据精液检查结果分为低E_2组12人,E_2正常组222人,高E_2组12人。采用电化学发光法检测血清中性激素。结果低E_2组男性精液中前向运动率及总活力均低于E_2正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。E_2正常组前向运动率及总活动率均低于高E_2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。E_2与精液前向运动率呈正相关(P<0.01),与精子总活动率呈正相关(P<0.01),与精子正常率呈正相关(P<0.05)。E_2与FSH呈负相关(P<0.05)。与T呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论男性血清E_2影响精子的运动能力,E_2对于FSH负性调节作用。维持适当的T与E_2的比例对于精子生成是重要意义。Objective To study the relationship between estradiol and semen quality and explore the value of estradiol in the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility. Methods According to the results of semen examination, there were 12 patients in low E2 group, 222 patients in E2 normal group and 12 patients in high E2 group. Serum sex hormones were detected by electrochemical luminescence. Results In the low E2 group, percentage of progressively moving spermatozoa and total activity rate of male semen were lower than that of E2 normal group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the normal group of E2 males, the percentage of progressively moving spermatozoa and total activity rate of male semen were lower than those in the higher E2 group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. E2 were positively correlated with percentage of progressively moving spermatozoa（P 0.01）, and total activity rate were positively correlated（P〈0.01）, and the rate of sperm with normal morphology were positively correlated（P〈0.05）. E2 is negatively correlated with FSH（P〈0.05）. Positive correlation with T（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Male serum E2 affects sperm motility and E2 regulates FSH negative regulation.Maintaining the appropriate ratio of T to E2 is important for sperm production.
