海上石油平台防爆电气设备安全问题及改进措施

摘　　要：通过对海上石油平台进行防爆电气设备的现场检查,发现电气设备存大的重大安全隐患:非防爆电气设备的使用、防爆电气设备结构更改、防爆外壳破损、隔爆面锈蚀等,并根据这些问题分析了具体原因,提出了改进措施,确保海上石油平台的安全运行。Through the on-site inspection of the explosion-proof electrical equipment on offshore oil platform,the major security hidden danger occurred in electrical equipment is found out such as the use of non-explosionproof electrical equipment,structural change of explosionproof electrical equipment,breakage of explosion-proof enclosure and rust of flame-proof surface. Based on these problems,this paper analyzes specific causes and puts forward some improvement measures to ensure the safe operation of offshore oil platform.
