摘　　要：对圈式定子斜槽线圈制造工艺进行了研究,根据斜槽线圈偏移角度,计算出涨形设备的偏移位移,完成相关程序设定;根据铁心冲片偏移量,完成检测工装设计,确定了斜槽线圈制造工艺,总结出一种斜槽线圈制造工艺方法,满足多型产品斜槽线圈制造的需要。This paper studies the manufacturing technologies of skewed-slot diamond coils of stator. Based on the tilt angle of skewed-slot coil,the shifting displacement of the expanding machine was calculated,and the associated program was set. Based on the shifting size of iron core punching sheet,the test tools were designed,a manufacturing technology of skewed-slot coils was determined,and a technology method of manufacturing skewed-slot coils was summarized. It can meet the needs of manufacturing the skewed-slot coils of polytype products.
