摘 要:分析了齿轮副相对滑动对齿轮振动的影响,得出了运用等滑差率理论降低齿轮副相对滑动的必要性。详细说明了基于等滑差率理论的齿轮变位系数选取的计算原理和过程,并通过运用综合VB简单的可视化操作和C++的高运行效率的C#语言编写了相应的计算程序,生成了齿轮变位系数选取的计算机界面,操作者只需在界面中输入齿轮副相关参数即可获得基于等滑差率理论的齿轮变位系数,克服了经验法选取齿轮变位系数的不足。最后进行了减速器振动试验,试验结果充分验证了基于等滑差率理论选取变位系数的方法对于降低齿轮副相对滑动,进而降低齿轮振动的有效性。研究内容为圆柱齿轮变位系数的设计选取提供了参考依据。The necessity of using the even slip rate theory to reduce the gear pair relative sliding was obtained through the analysis of the effect of gear pair relative sliding on gear vibration. The calculation principle and process of gear modification coefficient selection based on the theory of even slip rate was described in detail,and the computer interface of gear modification coefficient selection was generated through C# language programming. The C# language combined simple visual operation of VB with high efficiency of C ++. Through running the program operators can obtain the gear modification coefficient based on the theory of even slip rate just by inputting the relevant parameters of the gear pair. This method overcame the deficiency of the experience method on selecting gear modification coefficient. At last,the vibration test of reducer was carried out,the test results verified the effectiveness of gear modification coefficient selection based on the theory of even slip rate on reducing the gear pair relative sliding,thereby reducing the gear vibration. The research content of this paper provided reference for the design and selection of the modification coefficient of cylindrical gear.
