摘　　要：轻型物料的高工位自动供给装置外框架采用铝合金型材,主体结构采用线棒材料,利用气动、重力、杠杆、连杆等原理,并使用斜坡式滚动滑道等形式实现高工位(0.5～2)m的自动切换供料(最大载重量60 kg)。该装置简单易操作,具有高度差供应、自动切换调节、避免人员交叉作业、缩小搬运距离、减少物料占用空间、防止停产现象、改善人机工程以及节省人员成本、提高经济效益等优点,主要应用于汽车等行业的生产流水线中轻小型物料的高工位供应领域。A high working position automatic feeding device for light weighted materials adopts aluminum alloy as outer frame,and the main part is made out of wire rod. The automatic feeding device is able to feed materials（max load of 60 kg）by using pneumatic,gravity,level linkage as well as a rolling slope chute in high working position from（0.5-2）m. The device is simple to operate,with a height difference of supply,automatic switch,avoiding cross-operation,reducing transportation distance,reducing material occupation space,preventing the discontinuity,improving ergonomic,saving personnel costs and improving economic efficiency. It is mainly used in supplying light and small materials in the production line of automobile industry.
