摘　　要：目的探讨CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+T细胞与2型糖尿病肾病的相关性。方法将120例研究对象分为对照组、糖尿病前期组、糖尿病无肾病组、糖尿病肾病组,每组各30例。采用流式细胞术检测CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+T细胞表达率,以高压液相色谱法检测糖化血红蛋白,用全自动生化分析仪检测血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油和总胆固醇。结果与对照组比较,其余3组CD4+CD25+T细胞表达率均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同组别之间CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+T细胞表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且糖尿病肾病组明显低于其余3组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4组之间CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+T细胞表达呈现随病情加重而下降的趋势。糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、糖尿病病程与CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+T细胞表达率之间呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+T细胞表达率下降可能与2型糖尿肾病的发病相关。Objective To investigate the correlation of CD4＋ CD25＋ Foxp3＋ Treg cells and nephropathy with type 2 diabetes mellitus .Methods A totald 120 research subjects were divided into four groups ：the con-trol group ,the pre-diabetes group ,the diabetes without nephropathy group ,and the diabetes with nephropathy group .Flow cytometry and high pressure liquid chromatography was carried out to analyze expression rate of CD4＋CD25＋ Foxp3＋ Treg cells and level of glycosylated hemoglobin ,respectively .The biochemical autoana-lyzer was used to detect levels of fasting plasma glucose ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol ,high density lipo-protein cholesterol ,triglyceride ,and total cholesterol .Results Compared with the control group ,the expres-sion rate of CD4＋ CD25＋ Foxp3＋ Treg cells of the other groups were significantly decreased ,and the differ-ences were statistically significant （P〈0 .05） .There were statistical significance differences in the expression rates of CD4＋CD25＋ Foxp3＋ Treg cells in different groups （P〈0 .01） ,and the rate in the diabetes with ne-phropathy group was significantly lower than the other groups ,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0 .05） .A downward tendency was observed in the expression rate of CD4＋ CD25＋ Foxp3＋ Treg cells a-mong different groups ,accompanying with the aggravation of the disease .There were negative correlations be-tween glycosylated hemoglobin ,fasting blood glucose ,triacylglycerol ,duration of diabetes and expression rate of CD4＋CD25＋ Foxp3＋ T cells（P〈0 .05） .Conclusion The decline in expression rate of CD4＋CD25＋ Foxp3＋Treg cells may correlated with nephropathy with type 2 diabetes mellitus .
