摘　　要：针对目前电务存在的一些缺陷,提出了基于大数据分析的电务安全监控技术体系,简称8D系统。主要分为4个部分介绍,分别为8D系统的概念、系统结构、主要功能及关键技术。8D系统的成功不仅满足电务人员的工作需要,还提供大数据分析平台,便于分析系统各项指数,提高运行效率。In view of some shortcomings of current railway signal management, this paper puts forward a railway signal telecom monitoring technology system（8D system for short） based on big data analysis, and introduces the 8D system from the concept, system structure, main functions and key technologies respectively. The 8D system not only meets the working demands of railway signal telecom personnel, but also provides a large data analysis platform to facilitate the analysis of various indexes of the system and improve operation efficiency.
