摘　　要：目的研究间质性肺疾病(ILD)患者呼出气冷凝液(EBC)与支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中炎症因子的相关性,探讨EBC在ILD中的临床价值。方法选择ILD患者(ILD组)20例及同期健康体检人群(对照组)20例,收集ILD患者EBC和BALF,对照组收集EBC,采用ELISA法检测EBC和BALF中8-异前列腺素(8-iso-PG)及白三烯B4(LTB4)水平,并分别将ILD患者EBC与BALF中的8-iso-PG及LTB4水平进行相关性分析。结果 ILD组患者EBC中8-iso-PG及LTB4质量浓度均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);ILD患者EBC与BALF中8-iso-PG及LTB4水平呈正相关(r=0.72,P<0.01;r=0.69,P<0.001)。结论 ILD患者EBC与BALF中炎症因子水平正相关,EBC或可作为无创方法评估ILD患者气道炎症及氧化应激的程度。Objective To investigate the relativity of inflammatory cytokines in exhaled breath condensate（EBC）and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid（BALF）in patients with interstitial lung diseases（ILD）,and to investigate the clinical value of EBC in ILD.Methods The EBC and BALF were collected from 20 ILD patients and the EBC was collected from 20 healthy controls.The levels of8-iso-prostaglandin（8-iso-PG）and leukotriene B4（LTB4）were measured by ELISA,and the correlation between EBC and BALF was analyzed.Results EBC concentrations of 8-iso-PG and LTB4 in ILD patients were higher than those in healthy controls（P〈0.05 and P〈0.01,respectively）.The 8-iso-PG and LTB4 levels in EBC were positively correlated with those in BALF in ILD patients（r=0.72 and r=0.69,respectively;P〈0.01 and P〈0.001,respectively）.Conclusion The levels of inflammatory cytokines in EBC are positively correlated with those in BALF in ILD patients.The EBC can be used as a noninvasive way for evaluating airway inflammation and oxidative stress in ILD patients.
