摘  要:本研究旨在利用红外热像仪检测阴囊表面温差(△SST),探究△SST与精液品质的关系。于2015年夏季实测北京奶牛中心种公牛站71头荷斯坦种公牛的△SST和牛舍环境温度,并收集同年7~9月份的精液品质检测数据,利用固定模型分析了不同影响因素对单次采精总精子数和早晨阴囊表面温差的影响。结果表明:(1)在早晨、下午环境温度平均值为22.15℃和27.71℃情况下,△SST分别为(3.28±0.69)℃、(2.98±0.58)℃;(2)不同的早晨△SST分组间第二次采精总精子数存在显著差异(P<0.05),早晨△SST高于平均值加0.5倍标准差组的单次采精总精子数较高;(3)鲜精活力合格的种公牛,其早晨△SST显著高于不合格的。因此,利用红外热像仪获得阴囊表面温差,可预知是否需要对牛舍降温,或者针对性地对特定公牛体表(尤其阴囊部位)喷淋降温,以增强种公牛体温调节能力。本研究为利用热像图对种公牛生产进行辅助管理提供了实践依据。The aims of this study was to measure scrotal surface temperature gradient( △ SST) of semen producing bullsusinginfraredthermography,andfindtherelationshipbetween△ SST and semen quality. SST of 71 bulls and the ambient temperature data were measured at bull station of Beijing Dairy Cattle Centre in summer, 2015. Semen quality data were collected from July to September 2015. The effect of different factors on the number of sperm per ejaculate and △ SST was analyzed using a fixed linear model. The results showed that 1) when the morning and afternoon ambient temperature were 22.15℃ and 27.71℃, the morning and afternoon △ SST were 3.28±0.69℃, 2.98±0.58℃respectively; 2) different groups of morning △ SSThadsignificanteffectonnumberofthesecondspermperejaculate(P 0.05), bulls with higher morning △ SST had higher number of the second sperm per ejaculate; 3) bull with the qualifiedfreshsemenintermofgrossmotilityhadahighermorning△ SST than the other group. In summary, using infrared thermography to get the △ SST, could be assist to predict whether bull station's manager should cooling the barn or cooling down the specified bulls' body(especially the scrotum) pertinently so that the bulls' ability of thermoregulation will recover. This study may give some practical experience for the bull station.
