综合护理干预对根治性膀胱切除术患者生活质量、术后并发症、康复效果的影响分析

摘　　要：根治性膀胱切除术为治疗膀胱癌的常用手术方式之一,该术式操作复杂,对患者损伤大,近期、远期并发症发生率高,给患者的生活质量、康复效果带来不良影响。本研究总结分析综合护理干预与常规护理干预在根治术膀胱切除术中的应用效果,结果显示,综合护理干预可显著缩短手术时间、住院时间,胃肠道功能恢复时间,术中出血量,并发症减少,生活质量改善。综合护理是临床最合理的护理方案。Radical cystectomy is one of the commonly used surgical methods for the treatment of bladder cancer. The operation is complex and has great damage to the patient. The incidence of recent and long-term complications is high,which brings about poor quality of life and rehabilitation effect. influences. This study summarizes the comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention in the curative effect of radical cystectomy,the results show that comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the operation time,hospital stay,gastrointestinal function recovery time,intraoperative blood loss,concurrent Symptoms decreased,quality of life improved. Comprehensive care is the most rational clinical care program.
