摘  要:以高密度聚乙烯(PE–HD)和竹粉为原料,以马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PE-g-MAH)为共混增容剂,以膨胀石墨和三聚氰胺为阻燃剂,利用熔融共混法制备了一种阻燃型PE–HD/竹粉木塑复合材料。当体系中PE-g-MAH的质量分数为3%时,随着竹粉用量增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度得到明显改善。与单一组分的阻燃剂相比,膨胀石墨/三聚氰胺复合型阻燃剂的阻燃效果更好,而且阻燃剂的添加不仅未对复合材料的力学性能产生不良影响,还在一定程度上降低了复合材料的吸水率。当PE–HD/竹粉/PE-g-MAH/膨胀石墨/三聚氰胺的质量比为60/27/3/5/5时,相应的木塑复合材料的拉伸强度为31 MPa,断裂伸长率为340%,缺口冲击强度为53.0 kJ/m^2,吸水率为5.03%,极限氧指数为30.2%。When high density polyethylene (PE–HD) and bamboo powder were used as raw materials,maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (PE-g-MAH) was employed as blending solubilizer,expanded graphite and melamine were used as flame retardants,a type of flame retardant PE–HD/bamboo powder wood-plastic composite material was prepared by melt blending method. When the content of PE-g-MAH is higher than 3 wt%,the tensile strength and impact strength of the material are obviously improved with the increase of the amount of bamboo powder. Compared with the single component flame retardant,the expanded graphite/melamine compound flame retardant showed better flame retardancy. The mechanical properties of the material of the obtained polyethylene/bamboo powder wood-plastic composite materials are not affected by the addition of flame retardant,while the water absorption decreased. When the mass ratio of polyethylene/bamboo power/PE-g-MAH/expanded graphite/melamine is 60 /27/3/5/5,the tensile strength of the corresponding wood-plastic composite is 31 MPa,the elongation at break is 340%,the notch impact strength is 53.0 kJ/m2,the water absorption is 5.03%,the limiting oxygen index is 30.2%.
