摘  要:为研究聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)发泡剂甲酰胺在高温发泡时的分解行为,提出了PMI发泡剂甲酰胺在高温发泡时可能存在的分解方式,并通过对比甲酰胺和甲酰胺水溶液的回流冷凝实验,以及分析未加发泡剂与加甲酰胺的PMI预聚体高温释放的气体的热重红外分析结果确定了甲酰胺的分解方式。发泡期间,甲酰胺在220℃分解出HCN,H_2,CO_2和NH_3,与此同时,在此温度下PMI预聚体环化生成H_2O,降低了甲酰胺的分解速率。除此之外,通过比较甲酰胺与物理发泡剂叔丁醇的发泡倍率,得出在PMI泡沫密度为80,72,60 kg/m^3时叔丁醇所需物质的量分别为甲酰胺的1.79,1.46,1.28倍。实验表明在PMI发泡时甲酰胺同时具有化学发泡剂和物理发泡剂的特点,随着甲酰胺含量的升高,其分解率逐渐变低。The possible decomposition modes of polymethacrylimide (PMI) foaming agent formamide were presented. Also,the correct mode was confirmed by comparing reflux condensation experiments of formamide and formamide aqueous solution and comparing thermogravimetric infrared analyses of gases released in high temperature by PMI prepolymer which added and not added formamide. During the period of foaming,the formamide decomposed HCN,H2,CO2 and NH3 at 220℃ . Also,at that temperature, the PMI prepolymer cyclization generated H2O,which can reduce the decomposition rate of formamide. In addition,the comparison of foaming ratio between formamide and a physical foaming agent,tert-butyl alcohol indicates that the required amount of substance of tert-butyl alcohol were 1.79,1.46,and 1.28 times that of formamide,when the PMI foam density is 80,72 kg/m3,and 60 kg /m^3 respectively. It can be concluded by experiments that the formamide has the characteristics of chemical and physical foaming agent at the same time during the PMI foaming,and with the increasing content of formamide,the decomposition rate gradually decreases.
