摘　　要：论文从挑战、机遇和动力3个维度论述了"互联网+"思维对情报学产生的变革。首先介绍了"互联网+"的内涵,接着从基础理论、研究范畴和研究方法 3个层面归纳了"互联网+"思维为情报学带来的挑战。其次从信息分布规律、情报分析技术和情报服务模式三方面介绍了"互联网+"为情报学带来的机遇。最后总结了"互联网+"背景下信息技术、信息需求和信息基础设施建设为情报学发展带来的动力。This paper discussed the ＂Internet plus＂change of Information Science arising from the challenges,opportunities and power in three dimensions. Firstly this paper introduced the connotation of ＂Internet plus＂,followed from the basic theory,research areas and research methods summed up the challenge of three levels of the ＂Internet plus＂brings. Then from the distribution of information,intelligence analysis techniques and intelligence service model introduced Information Science’ s opportunities which ＂Internet plus＂ brings. Finally,it summarized the power of information technology,information needs and information infrastructure for the development of Information Science brought under the ＂Internet plus＂ background.
