摘　　要：郁证性经乱是指因情志因素引起的月经失调。"女子以肝为先天",七情内伤导致冲任失调是郁证性经乱的生理病理基础,其基础病机主要有肝气郁结化火、心脾两虚、痰凝血瘀、气血和肝肾亏虚;治疗时需辨证并兼顾崩漏与闭经的特殊性,不可忽视非药物情志疗法的重要性。郁证性经乱主要见于现代医学精神心理因素引起的功能性子宫出血、应激性闭经等功能性疾病,以及抑郁症、焦虑症等精神障碍性疾病致月经失调者。Emotional factors can lead to menstrual disorders.Liver is considered as the innate basis of women,dysfunction of Chong and Ren meridian caused by excess of seven emotions is the physiological and pathological basis.The basic pathogenesis of menstrual disorders due to depression syndrome includes stagnation of liver qi transforming into fire,deficiency of both heart and spleen,blood stasis and phlegm stagnation,deficiency of qi and blood,liver and kidney.In the treatment,it needs the therapy with syndrome differentiation that taking into account of the specificity of uterine bleeding and amenorrhea,and it can not ignore the importance of emotional therapy.Menstrual disorders due to depression syndrome are mainly found in the functional diseases caused by mental and psychological factors in modern medicine,such as dysfunctional uterine bleeding,stress amenorrhea,and other mental disorders such as depression and anxiety.
