摘　　要：探讨吴焕林从痰辨治岭南地区高血压病的经验。其结合岭南地区气候湿热、患者易患痰湿的特点,认为脾虚痰瘀互结、风痰上扰为岭南地区本病的主要病机,治疗重视化痰法的应用。并举验案2则。This paper discusses WU Huanlin＇s experience in the treatment of hypertension in Lingnan area based on removing phlegm.The climate of Lingnan area is damp and hot,and the patients are suffered from phlegm and dampness.It is considered that the main pathogenesis is intermingled phlegm and blood stasis due to spleen deficiency and wind-phlegm invading upward,and the therapy of removing phlegm is emphasized.Two proven cases are presented.
