摘　　要：总结鲁伯嗣治疗小儿急惊风平肝、清心、健脾、滋肾四法:急则治标,截风定搐,治之在肝;清热安神,定惊止抽,治之在心;豁痰除涎,祛邪止惊,治之在脾;滋补真阴,固本止抽,治之在肾。This paper summarizes Lu Bosi＇s four treatments on acute infantile convulsion,including suppressing hyperactive liver,clearing away heart-fire,strengthening spleen and nourishing kidney.The symptomatic treatment in acute condition should be performed,the treatment of suppressing hyperactive liver focuses on liver,which could block wind and alleviate convulsion.The treatment of clearing away heart-fire for tranquilization focuses on heart,which could relieve convulsion.The treatment of strengthening spleen focuses on spleen,which could dispel phlegm and remove sialorrhea,eliminate pathogenic factors and ease convulsion.The treatment of nourishing kidney focuses on kidney,which could invigorate yin,consolidate body resistance and stop convulsion.
