差错管理在血站质量管理工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨差错管理在血站质量管理工作中的应用效果。方法:选取于2016-02—2017-02收集的5 751例健康血液标本为研究对象,该组血液标本的采集均执行差错管理。选取于2015-02—2016-02收集的5 379例健康血液标本为研究对象,该组血液标本的采集实行常规管理。比较2组血液标本差错事件的发生率、献血反应的发生率、献血者的满意度、用血医院的满意度以及健康教育的覆盖率。结果:差错管理后,差错事件的发生率低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。差错管理后,献血反应的发生率低于管理前,献血者的满意度、用血医院的满意度以及健康教育的覆盖率高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:差错管理能够减少血站工作差错事件的发生,提高献血者和用血医院的满意度。Objective：To discuss the effect of error management in the quality management of blood bank.Method：5 751 healthy blood samples collected from our blood bank from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects.The blood samples collected in this group were all managed by error management.5 379 healthy blood samples collected from our blood bank from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the research objects.The blood samples collected in this group were all managed by routine nursing management.The incidence rate of blood sample errors,the incidence of blood donation reaction,the satisfaction of blood donors,the satisfaction of blood users and the coverage rate of health education were compared between the two groups.Result：After error management,the incidence of error events was lower than that before the management,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After the error management,the incidence rate of blood donation reaction was lower than that before the management,the satisfaction rate of blood donors,the satisfaction of blood using hospital and the coverage rate of health education were higher than those before the management,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Error management could reduce the occurrence of errors in blood bank work and improve the satisfaction of blood donors and blood users.
