摘　　要：Augustine（简称AUG）抗原是ISBT在2016年新确认的＂系统＂抗原,该系统有2个抗原,其中AUG2是原来的＂系列＂中的高频抗原Ata。2016年国际输血协会（ISBT）把AUG1和AUG2重新划入系统抗原,编号036,系统名AUG。The Augustine antigen（referred to as AUG）is a newly recognized ＂system＂ antigen for ISBT in2016,and the system has 2 antigens,in which AUG2 is the high frequency antigen Ata in the original ＂series＂.In2016,the international blood transfusion Association（ISBT）re classified AUG1 and AUG2 into the system antigen,numbered 036,and the system name AUG.AUG antigen is nucleoside transporter 1（ENT1）,also known as the ＂ AUG glycoprotein＂,is a member of nucleoside transporter family,involved in the synthesis of intracellular DNA and RNA,is also an important link of chemotherapy drugs into the tumor cells of glycoside.
