摘  要:研究了5个温度梯度(16,19,22,25和28℃)和5个盐度梯度(15,20,25,30,35)对加州扁鸟蛤(Clinocardium californiense)乳酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性的影响。结果表明:在本试验设定温度范围内,随着温度的升高,碱性磷酸酶的活力逐渐升高;琥珀酸脱氢酶活力呈下降趋势;乳酸脱氢酶活性随着温度的升高呈升高趋势。盐度升高至30时,碱性磷酸酶的活性最高;盐度25时琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性最低;当盐度低于30,随着盐度的不断升高,乳酸脱氢酶的活性呈升高趋势,盐度30时,乳酸脱氢酶的活性最高,盐度达到35时,3种酶的活性都降低,本试验结果可为加州扁鸟蛤的人工养殖提供参考。The activities of metabolic enzymes including alkaline phosphatase ( AKP), succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were measured in the gills of cockle clam Clinocardium californiense exposed to temperature gradient ( 16, 19, 22, 25 and 28℃) and salinity gradient (15, 20, 25, 30 and 35) for 24 h to investigate the effects of different temperature and sa- linity on the activities of metabolic enzymes in the respiratory system of cockle clam. The results showed that AKP and LDH activities increased, while DDH activity decreased with the increase of water temperature, with the maximal SDH activity at 22℃. The maximal activity of AKP was observed at a salinity of 30 and there was higher activity of the SDH at salinity of 25. The activity of lactic dehydrogenase showed a trend of decrease at a salinity of lower than 30 or more than 30, with the increase of salinity, with the peak of LDH activity at a salinity of 30. The findings will have implications in the aquaculture industry.
