摘 要:为探讨截齿旋转角对掘进机截割性能的影响规律,提高截齿的使用寿命,采用离散元法建立了截齿截割煤岩的仿真模型。通过单轴压缩试验确定了煤岩近似物理模型的物理性质参数,保证了从细观角度分析截齿截割过程离散元模型的准确性。通过综合分析旋转角变化对截齿载荷、载荷变差系数和截割比能耗3个性能评价指标的影响,确定了截割头球冠段、圆锥段和圆柱段的最佳旋转角取值或取值范围,为掘进机截齿旋转角的优化提供了理论依据。In order to explore the pick rotation angle for the impact of the roadheader cutting performance and improve the service life of pick, a simulation model of pick cutting coal rock was established by discrete element method. The physical property parameters of the approximate physical model of coal rocks were certified through uniaxial compression tests. The accuracy of the three-dimensional discrete element model is ensured, which is used to analyze the cutting process of roadheader from the mesoscopic view. The influence of rotation angle on three cutting performance evaluation indexes, including the load of single pick, the variation coefficient of load and specific energy consumption, was comprehensively analyzed, and the value or value scope of optimal rotation angle of spherical cap section, conical section and cylindrical section of the cutting head was confirmed, which provided a theoretic basis to the optimization of rotation angle of roadheader.
