摘　　要：中俄合作共同建设"冰上丝绸之路"是难得的历史机遇。本文通过对北冰洋东北航道的商业价值及其面临的困难分析,提出了技术支撑的重要意义。破冰、防冻、卫星导航与地理信息系统等三大领域的自主技术突破,是中国参与北极商业性开发的关键。The Sino-Russian cooperation in jointly building the ＂Polar Silk Road＂ creates a rare historical opportunity. This paper presents the significance of technical support by analyzing the commercial value of the northeastern channel of the Arctic Ocean and the difficulties it faces. Technical breakthroughs in the three major areas of ice-breaking, anti-frost measures, satellite navigation and geographic information systems are the key to China＇s participation in the Arctic＇s commercial development.
