摘　　要：2018年3月26日，第十三届中国十大影响性诉讼发布会在北京举行．本次评选由中国法学会案例法学研究会和法律出版社．《中国法律评论》共同主办。结合公众网络投票与案例法学研究会理事匿名投票，专家组评议出2017年中国十大影响性诉讼．The 13th China＇s Top Ten Influential Lawsuits press conference was held in Beijing on March 26. 2018, cosponsored by Case Law Institute of the China Law Society and China Law Review of Law Press. In combination with the public network votes and anonymous votes from the directors of the Case Law Institute, the panel of experts reviewed China＇s top ten infhlential hiwsuits in 2017.
