摘  要:近年来医学院校留学生招生人数逐步增长,对于教学质量的要求也越来越高。本文针对留学生存在文化差异、语言沟通及教学管理中所存在问题做以分析,并提出具体的解决方案,通过开展辅导员与导师制度、提高教学质量、开展新颖的教学模式与考核机制及提高临床患者接受度等方面加强留学生的医学教育水平。In recent years,the number of international students enrolled in medical colleges has gradually increased,and the requirements for teaching quality have become higher and higher.This paper makes an analysis of the problems existing in international students' cultural differences,language communication and teaching management.The concrete solution is put forward to strengthen the medical education level of foreign students by developing the system of counselors and mentors,improving the quality of teaching,developing new teaching mode and examination mechanism,and improving the acceptance of clinical patients.
