基 金:生殖医学专业人才培养模式的研究与探索(2016B-RC053)
摘 要:目的探索生殖亚专科取卵术技能的研究生人才培养模式。方法选取我校2015级妇产科专业硕士研究生30人作为教学对象,随机分为A、B两组,每组各15人,分别采取不同轮转顺序的培养模式,A组先进行门诊系列及B超室的轮转,再进行手术室的观摩实习,B组轮转顺序与之相反,最终进行技能理论考核,比较不同的学习轮转曲线。结果在临床实战中A组学生的成绩明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在生殖亚专科取卵术技能的研究生人才培养模式中,先进行门诊及B超室再进行手术室轮转的培养模式取得了更好的效果。Objective To explore the cultivation model of oocyte retrieval in Reproductive medicine subspecialized graduate students.Methods We selected 30 graduate students of obstetrics and gynecology professional as the research object and were randomly divided into group A and group B,each group has 15 people.The students in the group A received the first training of outpatient service and ultrasound room then received the second training of the view of operating room,students in group B received the opposite sequence training and the learning curve were compared between the two groups.Results The group A students scored significantly higher than the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).ConclusionIn the cultivation model in Reproductive medicine subspecialized graduate students of oocyte retrieval,the first training of outpatient service and ultrasound room then received the second training of the view of operating room has been implemented to achieve better results.
