Comparative Study on Relationship between Learning Burnout and Professional Commitment of Psychiatric Medicine and Clinical Medicine Students

摘  要:目的了解精神与临床专业医学生学习倦怠与专业承诺的差异,并比较二者之间的关系。方法随机抽取在校两个专业的医学生共计450名,采用大学生学习倦怠量表、大学生专业承诺量表进行问卷调查分析。结果精神专业学生学习倦怠总分低于临床专业,专业承诺总分高于临床医学,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精神专业专业承诺总分与学习倦怠总分显著负相关,相关性高于临床医学;精神专业情感承诺、理想承诺解释情绪低落、行为不当、成就感低的变异,临床专业情感承诺、理想承诺解释情绪低落、行为不当的变异。结论精神医学专业承诺与学习倦怠情况要优于临床医学专业,并且二者相关性更紧密。Objective To Understand the differences between psychiatric and clinical medical students' learning burnout and professional commitment,and compare the relationship between the two professions.Methods A total of 450 medical students from two professions were randomly selected were investigated by College Students Learning Burnout Inventory,Professional Commitment Inventory of College Students.Results Psychiatric medicine students' score of Learning Burnout lower than clinical medicine students,score of professional commitment higher than clinical medicine students,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The total score of psychiatrical students' professional commitment and learning burnout was significantly negatively correlated,higher than clinical medicine students,professional emotion commitment,ideal commitment interpretation of depression,misconduct,low achievement variation;clinical professional emotional commitment,ideal commitment,continued commitment to explain depression,misconduct variation.Conclusion Psychiatric medicine students' professional commitment and learning burnout is better than clinical medicine,and the two are more closely related.
