卷烟厂余热回收热水应用于洗浴供水的系统设计

摘　　要：针对卷烟企业普遍存在各式各类余热回收系统产生的热水温度波动大、压力不稳定、排放间歇式等特点,不能有效被利用问题,以及职工洗浴时间不一致、人数不固定产生的热水冷热不稳定问题,为充分利用余热和提高洗浴的舒适感,设计改进洗浴供水系统,通过二次调温,增加变频补水泵等技术,实现洗浴热水供应恒温、恒压、恒流量控制,该系统设计提高了洗浴的舒适感。As of the hot of the thermal water discharged from the waste heat recovery system brings in the field ofcigarette industry,its temperature fluctuation,unstable water pressure and intermittent discharge cannot be used effectivelyand the thermal water tempreture is unstabe,because of different bath time and unfixed workers number.Tomake the most use of waste heat and improve the comfort of bath,design and improve bath water supply system byadjusting the temperature again,increasing the frequency conversion water pump,realizing constant temperature,constant pressure and constant flow rate.
