摘　　要：以公共建筑为主要研究对象,基于上海市公共建筑运行阶段存在的问题,研究、梳理公共建筑设备设施绿色运行维护技术,并从实践的角度提出绿色运行的实施建议,旨在寻求公共建筑绿色运行的可行之路。Taking public buildings as the main research object; based on the existing problems in the operation phase of public buildings in Shanghai, this article researched and summarized the green operation and maintenance technologies for public buildings＇ equipment and facilities; and put forward the implementation suggestions on the green operation from the perspective of practice to seek feasible ways for the green operation of public buildings.
