摘  要:针对指针式仪表读数复杂问题,采用图像处理的方法通过Hough变换实现了对指针式表盘示数的自动读取。首先对获取的真彩色指针表图像预处理,通过灰度化有效减少图像储存空间,通过滤波抑制无用噪音、二值化和细化提取图像有效信息;再利用Hough变换提取直线的原理,获得表盘指针相关参数,利用指针与表盘的几何关系,求得仪表示数。仿真实验表明,该方法简单有效,平均识别误差为0.665%,并且在获取表盘图像时,只取表盘图像的有效部分能够大大节约识别时间,平均可节省63 ms。In order to solve the complex problem of pointer meter reading,the method of image processing is adopted to realize automatic reading of pointer dial number by means of Hough transform. First of all to get the true color pointer table image preprocessing,the gray image can effectively reduce the storage space through the filter to suppress unwanted noise,binarization and thinning to extract the useful information of the image,and then extract the linear principle using Hough transform to obtain the dial pointer related parameters,and then use the geometric relationship between pointer and dial,the instrument the number of simulation experiments show that this method is simple and effective,the average recognition error is 0. 665%,and in the acquisition of the image of dial,just take the effective part of dial image recognition can greatly save time,can save an average of 63 ms.
