摘 要:目的为了提高医用直线加速器自动频率控制系统的数据处理速度,控制精度和稳定性,降低自动频率控制系统的功耗。方法采用鉴相的方法,将磁控管频率变化产生的频率差转换成前向波和反向波的相位差,将相位差转化为电压差后经信号处理电路送给MSP430单片机以驱动电机达到稳定磁控管振荡频率的目的。结果实现了自动频率控制系统数据的快速处理、降低了其功耗、提高了控制精度和稳定性。结论本文设计的自动频率控制系统前向波和反向波频率差值绝对值的平均值均小于等于0.018 MHz,稳定精度在设定的标准范围之内,达到了总体设计指标要求。Objective To speed up the data processing, controlling accuracy and stability, and to lower the power dissipation of automatic frequency control system of medical electron linear accelerator. Methods With the way of phase discrimination, the frequency difference caused by the change of magnetron frequency was transformed to phase separation of forward wave and backward wave. The phase separation was then transformed to voltage difference which was transmitted to MSP430 microcontroller through signal processing circuit so that the generator could be successfully driven while at the same time the oscillation frequency of magnetron could be stabilized. Results The data processing speed was promoted, the power dissipation was lessened while controlling accuracy and stability were also promoted. Conclusion The average data of absolute value of frequency difference of forward wave and backward wave was less than or equal to 0.018 MHz, the stability accuracy was within the standard level so the automatic frequency control system of medical electron linear accelerator designed reached the target requirements of general design.
