摘　　要：本文通过分析检修西门子16排CT机遇到的配电箱断路器跳闸,床位电机异常导致扫描经常中断,机架PDR电源和高压控制单元D400板烧坏引起机器开机后机架指示灯不亮无法进行扫描等典型故障,简要阐述了查找及排除故障的过程与方法,为西门子16排CT机维修提供借鉴经验。针对此类故障现象,掌握维修技巧,可以自己分析研究并处理,为医院节约费用,降低维修成本。This paper aimed to provide experience for the maintenance of Siemens 16-slice CT machine through analyzing its several common failures. For example, the distribution box circuit breaker trip and the malfunctions of the bed motor lead to frequent breakdowns, the rack of PDR power and the high-voltage control unit D400 caused the failure of the frame led after the machine was turned on, and so on. In addition, the process and method of fi nding and troubleshooting were briefl y described. In view of this kind of fault phenomenon, master the maintenance skill can analyze and deal with it oneself, which can save the expense and reduce the maintenance cost for the hospitals.
